bad info or not, it's still a cool encounter someone had.   We don't need rude folks trashing a thread just because "last weekend" might have actually meant a couple months ago in June (or not)

I have hunted around Conconully, don't know a Buzzard Lake though, where is it?

It's actually north west of Okanagan the town, which is closer than Conconuly.

Buzzard Lake is off the east side of Loop Loop I think.

Just my  :twocents: , but there's still green grass to be found in the mountains right now.  Especially on north slopes, along creek drainages and at elevation.  We just rode atvs in the 100 degree heat around Wallace, ID last weekend and found lots of green pockets with green grass, ferns, cedars, etc.  No matter when this photo was taken, its the animal content of the photo that makes it cool, not the time of year it was taken. Thanks for sharing!!  :tup:
