Ellensburg area businesses that will rent out space to hang elk?

Anybody have any leads on who i could call about possibly hanging an elk in their cooler if we get lucky and down one?

I hung my bull last year at a butchers place out Reecer Rd. I don't remember his name but I looked him up on Google. Really nice guy
