Game Bag Question
« on: September 24, 2017, 07:16:22 PM »
When my wife washed my Alaska Game Bags she wanted to get the blood out of them so she bleached them. They came out like new, but when I was packing my bag this year I noticed they held the bleach smell. I didn't think much of it at first, but when I got home this week I threw them in the wash without soap or anything. They still have the slight bleachy smell. Will this have any effect on any meat that goes in them or are they still okay to use? Thanks.

Maybe soak it in soda or vinegar for a couple days? :dunno:
