Sorry...feeling nostalgic
« on: September 29, 2017, 07:56:13 PM »
so going through some stuff around the house this afternoon and found this pic and brought back a lot of memories...have had enough beers and it brought me to want to share with you.  especially hard because my good buddy/hunting partner is in the pic-unfortunately he was killled a year ago June in a tragic situation in McKenna.  I think about him every day and miss the Hell out of him...thank you for letting me share

this pic is from around 2004 of our hunting crew.  I don't remember the actual date but obviously it was from December (due to holiday decorations).  It was a day we spent up in Vail bowhunting...best day we ever had.  5 does down-not bad for 8 hunters

L-R---Jeanine, Ronnie, Sandy, Brenda (my wife-deer #1), Bob (R.I.P. - deer # 2) Big Bob ( deer # 3) Teddy ( deer #4) and me (deer #5)

sorry for the crappy quality but it is a pic of a pic

thanks for letting me share..

beer---it's whats for dinner

Sad that we lose people, but memories like this keep them with us!!

Thanks for sharing...

My level of sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity...

Sarcasm makes smart people laugh and stupid people mad.

A good day indeed - you guys slayed 'em that day!

Really sorry about you loosing your friend.  Time heals all wounds.  Unfortunately, some wounds are a bit deeper and take more time.  Hang in there Brew - it'll get better.
