What the hell is going on in this thread?  I've read some off the wall Hunt WA threads but this one takes the cake

You need to read last years.  :o

Or start from the beginning to really understand this journey. It all started 2 years ago with the first chapter in this epic journey:

"the fellowship of the goat".

Then it led into the next chapter,

"The two towers"

And now this.
If you can read thank a teacher, If you can read in English thank a Marine!
Not as Lean, Just as Mean, Still a Marine!
He who shed blood with me shall forever be my brother!

"Around this camp, there's only one Chief; the rest are Indians!"

"Give me 15 more minutes, I was dreaming of Beavers!"

He also has to change his avatar at least 4 times throughout.

Okay, I get it, I took too long with my colockum archery elk hunt thread.  Sheesh!  :chuckle:

Great story so far bud, following along.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

The fire-laden landscape laid before our Warriors had not affected the Warriors one bit. They were not intimidated or afraid. As they continued and continued upon the path the sky began to darken...whether the sun was setting or the depth of the barren wastelands were beginning to choke out the sunlight but either way light was fading and it was fading fast......

The hour of which dragons are at their weakest had approached and still an eery silence...

Sam wise RT had laid out a sequence of growls, howls and chirps that usually gets dragons roaring, but nothing...

Nothing............

After numerous attempts along the path, still nothing.............

Curiosity led to confusion............the sounds of dragons had always begun at what is called the magic hour. Dragons had always laid the sounds of music down for many many o' times but now it has been silenced......

The signs were there...tracks, poo, ancient trees that have stood the test of time were tore to splinters, but now not a single sound......

To pass some "time". I have a few things to say

I have a few people who QUESTION why I would help Plat?  The questions should be WHY NOT?  PLAT has proven to me over and over that he upholds ethics that I stand for also.  He passes up animals daily that he could shoot and no one could do anything about it.  In other words he gets what he needs and thats it.  Hes not afraid of doing work!  He even has camo!  Ha ha.   We have had in depth conversations about the white man and indian conflicts and we always find common ground.  Amazing how two people who love hunting just click.   Thats why I chase elk, Cause no mattter the shooter it is a passion that has brought me many friends!

It is an honor to hunt with you brother!  GETSUM
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...

The Whiners suck!!

After numerous like conversations with the guy, I know exactly where you're coming from with this. I'd hunt with him or help him too....as long as he wasn't wearing camo sweats.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't need my help to get it done though.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
