Lol, now I can't see the pics either. What do I need to do to get them back up?

Does anybody have an idea of why when I attach the photos they don't always show up and sometimes my post doesn't even go through.

Photobucket now charges for the use of their hosting site, so if you're not paying for it, they won't let you share your photos.

If your post isn't going through, it probably means the photo files are too big. Usually this ends up in a white screen and no post.

I changed all my photos to be hosted by Flicker now that Photobucket has screwed everyone.

That is exactly what is happening. How do I shrink my photos?

@Kazekurt
You need to resize them. There are some apps that will do it, or some software that will do it if you're posting from a computer. I use the Tapatalk app on my phone to post on the forum, which resizes automatically for you. Really, it asks you what size you want the pics posted at. I don't ever have to manually resize my photos so honestly I don't know how to do it. @Bob33 maybe could chime in here.

copy your picture then use the copy. Right click Open with "paint". Then on the resize click pixels then input something 1000 or less on horizontal it will automatically change the other box. Then you can upload from your computer. Then "save"

I've used Postimage for hosting images.

I've never had a bad trip to AK, but some have definitely gone smoother than others😀  He is very fortunate to have a dad that is a taxidermist and was with us on the trip.  His dad told him he would, "kick his A$#" if he didn't lifesize it.  The coolest thing is that I'll get to watch his dad work on it and we may even incorporate a ptarmigan my dad shot into the mount.
