I'm new to hunting in the tri cities area and not sure where to go that's ok to hunt and safe,  can't walk well far either

I would say your best bet would be the ONX hunt app, and lots of door knockin.

If you're willing to drive a bit there is quite a bit of public and feel free to hunt land around Tricities.  Most areas get called fairly heavily, so get a little creative and don't go with the standard wounded rabbit call all of the time.
