I need to do a trapping trip out of state one of these days. What's the best place for 🦊 and fisher? With public access to land?

No idea, I caught the 4 yotes here in WA on a WCO permit with padded footholds.

You might have to go a long way for fisher. MT and MN have seasons but they do not allow non-residents. WI has a season but fisher are a drawing and not good chances. Probably NY is the closest Vermont, NH and Maine also have seasons.
Not sure what a  🦊 is.
