Crazy light Issue?
« on: November 24, 2017, 08:56:07 PM »
My wife has a Ford Freestar 2007.
Last week she started having this weird light problem.

She parks her car and the tail lights either don't go off or they come back on after she has locked it and walked away.

Twice at work she had to go out and turn the car on and off to get the tail lights off.

Now the interior lights stay on for a few minutes but go off on their own.

But this tail light thing has me baffled. Any ideas?

Otherwise the car operates as it should.

Ya...
Taillights or brake lights?
Depending on the settings, it could be normal that the interior lights stay on briefly then shut off.

Sounds like a stuck brake light switch
