good stuff! i just got my skull back from my taxidermist yesterday and picked a form for the mount. Enjoy some AWESOME meat!

Rolled in flower, sait and pepper. Fried in a skillet. Cooked thoughly to 165. Officer will sealing mentioned as I understand they can carry bacteria and possibly worms. So i will cook accordingly.
