Christmas Goose
« on: December 25, 2017, 06:27:18 PM »

I've started a new blog focussing on game recipes.  No ads, I'm not selling anything.  It's purely a passion project.
I just put up my holiday goose recipe.
Click here if you want to check it out.

I feel we just got a great new addition to this site having Chef Patrick join. Thanks for your contribution and hope to see you on future posts.

Yum!

I cooked a Christmas goose for some friends once, luckily I was the only one that woke up at two in the morning puking my guts out, among other things....

Thanks guys!  I've got plenty more recipes planned.  Those of you who know me from Bait 2 Plate, know that I'm not the world's speediest writer, but as I get new recipes done I'll post here and let you know about it.
