WAcoyotehunter's reply hit the nail on the head. I've had the alpha for a little under two years. the drivetrack 70 is a nice addition for hound hunting. Yes they need to be turned off. Seen one get fryed

Thank you! Those drive track 70's are pretty nice. I seen one in my buddies rig and was one of the reasons I was considering getting an alpha. The shocking feature sounds like a pain but I guess Ill have to live with it. It's amazing how much technology has changed for hound hunting in the last 10 years. I sure don't miss using my wildlife trx for hours and hours trying to find dogs.
