This was my number one complaint with the AR platform for years! I don't think you can really make it go away but you can make in manageable. The right spring and buffer will make a huge difference but the biggest improvement I noticed was with with an adjustable gas block. Get it tuned so you have just enough gas coming back to make the action cycle reliably but not enough to send whole BCG slamming back like a hammer.
I had and adjustable gas block on my 6.5 BRX and 270 AR uppers and I loved them. When I went and shot a 5.56 upper with a fixed gas block I was reminded why I hated ARs for so long.
