What I don't get is why does it take 12 days or longer to do the draw ?
Two birds in the Bush is always better than one in the hand-that way you can always go to the Bush and hunt another day .conservation=Better hunting.

Same discussion every year, and no one knows. If its computerized, it should be done the day after it closes. Even if its delegated to a 3rd party, it should still be done within a week.

Thought WA did away with mail-in applications some time ago and went to just on-line submission or by phone...  :dunno:
