Great photos.

I've not seen many quail in Washington. That doesn't mean they are not around.. it might simply mean I don't get around. The only two places I have seen them this year is over off Highway 2 near Skykomish and outside of Ellensburg.

I've saw a little group of quail at the Tenino Sub Station on 2 seperate occations.  Their are about 7 or 8 of them.  Also saw a 2 point eating out of one of the schools apple trees around noon once.

Shot two this past weekend. Funny part was the fellas I was with have never seen one on their property, so they were happy to see that the quail are there.

Its too bad you have to kill about 20 of them to make a meal.

Plenty of Quail around Eburg. Had them in my driveway every morning in the middle of town when I was living over there. My dad has Quail on his property in Tenino, but there is only a few, so I haven't hunted them. I also saw some up Vail on a couple occasions.
