I'll have to call my grandpa up and get him to send me a picture of his 40" 3 pointer with double eye guards.  Truly a remarkable buck.  I had it in my house for 10 years and then he asked me back for the mount out of the blue...  :'(  I guess he missed it or something.

Here's a three point I shot a couple of years ago about a mile off the columbia river, nearest town being Grand Coulee. 26 3/4" wide, real tall too, like 19" if I remember right.

Youre right..when Jakelope took it down to get it score, I think it had 5 scorable on one side and 4 on the other because of the eye guards and the trash around his bases. Its still a 3 to me! :)

This is just a blacktail, my Wa. buck from this year. I just realized I looked stoned in the picture, ten miles and two trips up the mountain will do that to a guy.  :chuckle:

There is something about a main frame 3 that I love. I think its because they look like gagger whitetails. These are all awsome bucks! Id be proud to hang a tag on any of them.

Thank you. I'm having the mount done by Peters in Graham, they've done a lot of work for my family.

If I remember correctly it was either 162 or 158. Jackelope might remember better because he took it to get scored. I do remember one of his bases was just over 6. Either way not bad for a 3pt.
