California Bighorn State Record for WA?
« on: November 04, 2009, 06:42:36 AM »
Does anyone have information or a link to the state record entries for California Bighorn sheep?  I'm looking for information that'll tell me what the minimum score is for the yearly book as well as a breakdown of the top 10 Cali's in WA.

Thanks in advance.

there's a post on a different thread saying the record is 164 and change

Thanks, guys.  Hunted with a couple of lucky dogs yesterday in the Clemans unit and we knocked down a monster.  Green scored him and it looks like he'll go over 165.  Won't know for sure until it's official.

I know, I know.....pics.  This wasn't my hunt and won't post pics unless I get approval from the hunter.

Stay tuned.

Coach left me a message last night. He's going ram crazy he said. Seeing lots of sheep. He's coming over tonight to look at a couple rams that I have in the shop.

You gonna show him my baby ram huh?  :chuckle: No, I'm stoked about mine. The only thing I regret is not using my front stuffer. 60 yard shot.

Thanks for the Top 10 breakdown.  They were getting him plugged today and in to the freezer asap.  I guess we'll see.

Sorry about the lack of pics, guys--I know it's part of the Ten Commandments around here.
