Has anybody had any luck with gobblers in Central Washington area, didn't here much gobbling while I was in Colville and have yet to hear any gobblers where I have found them in the past around eburg. Does anybody have ideas of where to find them, that would be great.

I haven't seen or heard anything since the opener except up the Teanaway.  I rounded the corner and there was a big tom strutting in the middle of the road.  I'm surprised some idiot hasn't blasted him.  The Clockum had some birds, but long since dispersed out of First Creek.  I heard one up Manastash, but that was 3 weeks ago.

I've seen a bunch around Leavenworth up Icicle Creek.  All on private land.
Introduce someone new to hunting this year.

Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Saw a lot of toms last weekend in Chewelah but couldn't get them in the last 20 yards.
