1-onion course cut, 1-clove of garlic minced or pressed, some meat cut into strips, frozen stir-fry vegetables, crushed red pepper, Mr. Yoshidas gourmet sauce (yo*censored*a smells better than my*censored*a), peanut oil, cornstarch and beers.

Put a little oil in your large frying pan or cast iron skillet ant put it on medium heat add garlic onions and about 1/3 of your first beer. Reduce heat to low and cover when the liquid starts to boil.
Put your meat in a container to marinade with some yosihdas, crushed red pepper and 1/3 of your beer. Drink the rest of your beer immediately and start on your second one, let the meat marinade for 15 mins or so.
Heat to medium high and add the meat and the marinade. Nuke the vegggies and add just before the meat is done. If you add them too early they will be soggy. Add a litle cornstarch and mix it in well, this will turn the juices into a bad-ass gravy. Finish your beer.
Serve with rice and a couple more beers.
