Passed on this one too Jackelope, and I would have had you keep your gun in its case until we found the right one, just because I know how guys get :chuckle: The first time I took my brother over he was ready to jump out of the truck the first heard we saw. I purposely held the shells so he couldnt shoot until I found one worthy of his tag, he thanks me to this day for teaching him to be patient over there, and he has always scored bigger deer than the ones he "likes" ;)

Huntinphool, the bucks you posted are they all from Montana? They are good looking. My dad took me antelope hunting in Montana for my HS graduation. Its awesome country for sure. Pope, those are some awesome pics ya got there. That buck is a stud.

my dads old hunting buddie just came over with his shoulder mount 6x6 whitetail.

its a main frame 5x5 with 8" eyeguards that hook forward. it is such an awesome deer. and i wish i had gotten a pic.

Dman, it was not what we were looking for, his was nice but not wide enough and his mains were a little short. Probably only about 22" wide maybe 23"

I want to be like this when I grow up! LOL
