Boat Launch on Columbia
« on: June 09, 2010, 09:17:03 AM »
I am heading down to Bonneville for the shad fishery on Friday. I am looking for a good place to launch our sled and park the camper. Any ideas?

We stay at north bonnieville at the lewis and clark campground and they have a good launch at north bonnieville and it;s about a half mile down to the shad rack. Some people stay at the fishery on the oregon side as it;s a joint river below the dam and a wa. or oregon license is good. It opens for springers the 16 and guys will be fishing salmon right by you fishing shad.
