Clemens 408
« on: August 29, 2010, 10:16:02 AM »
Someone asked me for a pic of this fellow but don't remember who.   Anyway, here is 408.  I'd have no problem notching a tag for 408.
He has a couple rivals though that aren't collared

when you get 408 with other rams his mass stands out , If your hunting clemans don't pass him up . I had a arrow go right over his back last year on a steep down hill shot . I think he's 8 1/2 this year .
My wife told me that I hunt way more than I did when we first got married. I said yeah I know isn't it great !

He carries his mass out a way's (and would score well) but, I'd rather take one that wasn't marked up like livestock. Just my personnal opinion.

I don't think he would score that well, he's got the mass measurements but would be short on length due to all the brooming,  high marks for character but that's not in the B&C scoresheet last time I checked.

He's better than he looks  160-165, If your in clemans I don't recomend passing on him, has any one seen 417 this year  ?I thaught he had good mass last year. just needed some length.

160-165 is about right for that ram.
