:yike:  WOULD SOMEONE TELL ME IF THIS BULL IS IN THE 169 UNIT?  I AM A NICE GUY AND AN AVID HUNTER AND WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOMEONE LEAD ME TO THIS MONSTER!!
I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO DRAW A RIFLE TAG FOR THE WENAHA EAST UNIT.  STARTS OCT
20TH.  NEVER BEEN INTO THE WENAHA BUT I LOOKED AT IT LAST SUNDAY FROM THE OREGON BUTTES PEAK.  THIS IS NOT THE WAY I WANT TO ACCESS THIS AREA, SO NEXT WEEKEND I AM GOING IN FROM THE TROY AREA TO SCOUT.  ANY INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL.
I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY THAT THE SKYLINE RD ENDS AT TEEPEE, WHICH IS MY WESTERN BORDER OF MY UNIT.  AT THIS POINT I THINK I NEED TO HIRE A PACKER.  IF ANYONE HAS ANY HELPFUL INFORMATION, IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.  I WOULD EVEN TAKE A 351.  MY PERSONAL BEST IS A RAG HORN 5X5 OUT OF MONTANA, AND A SPIKE LAST YEAR FROM THE SULLIVAN LAKE AREA IN NORTH EAST WASH.  AND OH YES, I AM FROM SPOKANE AND HAVE BEEN A WASHINGTON RESIDENT ALL MY LIFE.....42 YEARS.

I don't believe it is in 169.  But if I was you I would hire a packer to get you back in thier.  Also there isn't the grouse flatss rd your eastern boundary?  try saddle butte trail head or come in from Oregon try 1st and 2nd creek areas.  good luck.
Wild Turkey, Walleyes, Whitetails and Wapiti..These are a few of my favorite things!!

Don't worry about this bull or any certain bull. I know a man near Walla Walla who has found somewhere around 10 matching sets of sheds that may go over 400. He said they called in a 380 bull for some kid last year, but the kid couldn't close the deal and went home empty handed. Sounded like the kid didn't quite know what he was doing out there. Just kill one of those and you'll be in good shape!

You could try these guys. Disclaimer: I have no idea if they're a quality outfitter or not--just passing on something I stumbled across while surfing.  Best luck.
