Moose sheds??
« on: April 29, 2011, 02:09:07 AM »
Where are all the moose shed hunters? I have seen almost none posted on here... I am going to head out this week and pound some moose areas and hope to find some.

Basketball is not an ass kicking competition it is merely a matter of who puts more balls in the basket. :chuckle:

Still waitin for the snow to melt off so I can get into my better areas! Wentout last Monday and couldn't make it in so I went to a lower area and picked up a decent one. Only problem is that it had been laying out for two years so the squirrels got to him. Not a monster but a decent one!

Picked up a winter kill in the fall of my Yukon moose hunt in 2006.  Made for a really neat experience having found this the day before I knocked down my bull.

The winter kill is up first on the bow of the boat heading to camp and I through in the bull pic too along with one of the shed and my bulls rack, left side one is the winter kill.
