We are trying some maintenance, but we'll probably need to move to a new server very soon.

Bearpaw, You may want to create an archive server to store old threads unless you have already done so.
Also, the child parent indexes and data may be further apart, requiring more disk activity.
Or you could be experiencing some version of DOS.
Gathering is easy. Hunting is a challenge.

Past three or four days I've been getting this message about every four out of five times I try and post something.

Was better for a few days.  Now the past few days it's worse than I've ever experienced.  I tried changing computers with no improvement on either of our three.  Starting to get a little frustrating!

Is it just my system or is the site extremely slow to post and load new pages the last couple days? :dunno:

It has been slow for months, I am trying to get a specialist to do coding work, have found a guy and waiting on cooperation from the server host for it to happen. Any day I am hoping it gets fixed.

The spell check window pops up but is blank. I cannot prevent people from seeing my poor spelling skilz!

I was just looking for a post i know I made about the Bundy ranch some time back and cannot find it. I tried to limity my search to Special T and Bundy Ranch and came up with all kinds of GPS topics... More than once.  :dunno:

The post i was trying to find had the article of the "other" ranching family that was taking BLM to court.

oh noez!

I use spell check built into my browser but I just tested the pop-up forum one and it does not work for me either.

Using search I looked for posts made by you, with the keywords "Special T" and these came up: http://hunting-washington.com/smf/index.php/topic,151500.msg2009963.html#msg2009963, http://hunting-washington.com/smf/index.php/topic,150323.msg2006991.html#msg2006991 ... Don't know if that's what you're looking for but the search is working for me though  :dunno:

*edit* oh bone beat me to it lol, I typed it out then forgot to hit submit  :chuckle:
