 it is.   smoked it for 4 hr. rubbed it down, soaked it up, let sit in fridge for 3 days, then cooked at about 200, average for another 9 or so hr. turned out great

I just done eating an elk round steak smothered in garlic for lunch....it was awesome! That deer looks tasty too.

 got lucky... the neighbors had a garage sale     $150       SOLD.
