Quick, what do you do as a hunter?  Take the clear shot on the lead buck, try and squeeze one off at the middle buck, or wait for the big one in the rear to clear possibly missing out on all...?   ;)

I would drop all my bullets, pick them up, load, try for the lead buck, watch them all walk over the ridge with my gun not firing due to being on safety.

But I like the one in the back.

pope, I'm glad your posting on here again. The photo's you take are a pleasure to look at.

Here is my entry...

By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Great Photo and awesome question!

Depending on what I'm shooting and what I know for sure I can do with the weapon, I would either drop that NT right now in his tracks or wait for a little repositioning and the put the smack on him. Last buck is probably the best scoring, but the NT is the one I like best, he has character.  :twocents:

Many great photos this month.
