Congrats on a nice Yogi....
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

A few years ago picked up his do it yourself maps that he circled good area for berrys and bears. Made a trip over there since most timberlands out my way are closed for the time being. After we gutted it i wanted to get it in the river to get it cooled because it was really warm out. Pulled the bear out of the creek and in the truck and started looking for a good tree to hang him on to start skining. found one got all set up and asked kim for the knives and she said oh F**K. she had left the knives where we shot and gutted it. so we drove into town to pick up a new knife and didnt want to drive back in the woods to skin it out so she called dale and ended up there. Dale is a great guy.

Congrats on a, very, nice bear.

I guess this one hadn't heard how dangerous it can be to be in front of a woman with a rifle, who knows how to use it.  ;)

That will make a nice rug.

nice boo boo k357, so whats the story? were all waiting  :IBCOOL:

Actually the story is kinda embarrassing...lmao off but here goes..We were driving and I happened to spot the bear about 4o yards off the road.. I yelled BEAR BEAR BACK UP!! We got stopped and I was so excited I couldn't figure out how to get my seat belt off!  I finally did.. grabbed my rifle.. ultra light kimber montana 308. crept down the road aways shaking from excitement..and there he was still standing there just staring at me. After I steadyed my rifle I got my first shot off! Right in the center of the chest! he started moving so I moved to where I could see him again and fired a second shot. Hit him in the chest again 2 inches from the other shot! He was stopped and kinda swaying back and fourth so I fired a third and he dropped! I'm not gonna lie and tell you I was so filled with excitement and shaking that it was easy to steady my rifle..lol In fact it took me so long to steady my rifle for the first shot cementyfinisher was yelling shoot it shoot it he's gonna take off...later he told me it took me so long to pull it together he was wondering if I was gonna shoot it at all.. :chuckle: I think the bear just stayed around to watch because it was so entertaining..All I know is that I GOT MY FIRST BEAR!!!!!!! Already got my tag for my second bear this year.. :chuckle:
