I love the land here, I have always associated here with elk, and if zI buy an elk tag again in the future I assume its gonna be for this side its where I intend to live and its where many of the people I hunt with are  :dunno:

I hunt on the eastside because I stand a really good chance of seeing one of the most majestic and awe inspiring creatures that God has blessed us with.  The Canadian Grey Wolf

i hunt the wet side, simply because of the bulls you can shoot at everysingle year, not that i've had alot of luck, but...i did get a multiseason tag for elk a couple years ago and it answered a question of mine: where do you go when your too old or almost too old to hunt for elk, yep...the east side. seemed every camp was loaded with seniors, with a token young gun or two, to cut wood and lift the heavy stuff lol. getting an elk didnt seem to be a priority with the gangs i kept coming accross, lol. i'm not necessarily knocking it, heck, i figure just ten years, i'll be on the east side too.
