CONTEST DATES
 - A new contest starts at 12:01 am on the first day of each month.
 - The contest ends at 7:45 pm on the last day of the month

HOW TO ENTER
 - Post 4 numbers from 1 to 24.   Example: 01-13-19-24  please make sure to use this format
 - Any member can post an entry once per day

WHO WINS
 - The contest ends on the last day of each month at 7:45 PM
 - Numbers drawn for the WA Lotto Match 4 at 8 PM on the last day of each month are the winning numbers
 - The first post each month with the most winning numbers wins. Example: Three members posted three winning numbers, the first post wins.

HOW TO COLLECT YOUR PRIZE
 - The Winner (or any member) must post in the contest after the drawing who won with the Reply# of the winning numbers
 - If no other member disputes who won within 48 hours, then the winner must send a message to "bearpaw"
 - Winning entries may be checked to confirm rules were followed, if not, the next entry posted with the most winning numbers wins
 - bearpaw is often busy hunting, if you do not receive a reply within 1 week please send another message, he will catch up with you asap
 - There's a $599 yearly limit on winnings, no member will be awarded more than $599 in cash and/or prizes from H-W any calendar year
 - H-W reserves the right to alter these rules whenever needed
