I would have a custom rifle built along the lines of the ruger alaskan but in 30/06. Really good adj. sights, quick detach rings. and probably a luepold vxIII 2.5x8 or maybe 1.75x6 or maybe even a fixed 6. 20" heavier than normal stainlees steel barrel, laminate stock (pepper gray) I have actully been thinking of haveing a gun built on those lines as it is just cause I like the concept. For me it would be my Remington 7600 Pump .30-06!

Looks like I'm the first to vote for a handgun.  I'd probably go with a 1911.
