HURRY..is this illegal?? answer before late buck please!

Is it illegal to rattle for late buck hunting season???  I was told by fish and wildlife it is not illegal to bait for blacktail. But i have to know if it is illegal to rattle for blacktail,  maybe that fits into baiting? Not sure. I'm waiting to hear from a wildlife officer on this but i don't know how much longer I can wait.

You can make all the noise out there you want to.  Good luck on your hunt.  Not sure rattling will do much now.  Try some doe in heat scent as I've been seeing bucks following does around still.

the rules are extremetly wonky if you are not a hunter and are new to all of this...but rattling is fine

...if I do rattle, my Dad said that I want a pair of horns that have a good hard sound to them instead of some spindly two point antlers. .. the only real horns I have are two points. From when I shot a buck in the ear canal 75 yds away with open sights. My husband has a plastic set of horns that was on his archery target, I played with those and they have a deeper sound than my real ones.

No harm in trying if they sound better than your two point. Iv'e seen synthetic rattlin' horns before.
