Just a guess, but the toutle tag holders had a lot more state land available compared to the other units, so they may not get a second chance. :dunno:

So did the margret. Just had to work harder. That chunk on north end of margret is big. Any who just wondering. No big deal. Just think it should be that way for all if most the unit was shut down.

I called the WDFW yesterday 12/4/2012 anyone with a 2323 special anterless permit ( Toutle ) will be recieving a notification of an extended season because we were locked out due to extreme fire danger and the biologist wants more anterless elk taken out, he said our hunt will be from Dec. 17th to the 23rd. I hope others get the same fair treatment.
