stalled out again, think its because of my lack of eating been really busy and had some other things come up and just havent been hungry or really make time to eat. been only really eating one meal a day and thats not good need some of this stuff to slow down and force myself to eat three meals a day

been bouncing between 264 and 266 last few days

228  Finally below 230!  It's been a few years since I've been down this low.  Down 17 pounds since the beginning of the year! 

Ran a 5K with my best friend on Saturday.  We're going to do a 5 miler for a St. Patty's Day run next month.  Triathlon season is coming up pretty quick, keep at it!

Finally dropped a few.  Down to 195 today.  Been hiking more and more.  I don't seem as hungry right now for some reason.   :dunno:

Congrats to all those loosing and those still attempting to. If anyone wants to send some my way they are more than welcome. Between the medicine and the 5 miles every weekend chasing yotes have dropped from 185 to 160 since the first of the year. eating everything in sight and no you don't want the meds I'm taking.

I did not join this weigh loss challenge on here but I just finished mine that we did at work.  Myself and about 25 others started a 6 week challenge, for the most body weight percentage lost.  I started in at 259 lbs.  I worked my ass off dieting without cheating, excercised every day for 1-2 hours, sometimes more with the exception of 2 days.  And the results were in this past monday.  I lost a total of 42 lbs in the 6 week challenge for a total of 16.20%

It was a hell of a 6 weeks with lots of mental struggles fighting off every urge thrown at me.  I now plan on maintaining my current weight of 217 lbs just with more weight lifting and reducing my cardio.  I feel so much better about myself and glad I did it.  Keep up the good work to all that is involved.  Its a tough challenge but very rewarding in the end!!

I have been seeing pretty good progress this week.  I am hoping to keep it up through the weekend and have a decent number to post.  I am getting very excited about the shape I am getting in.  Can't wait to put my body to the test in the woods.
