Anyone have experience on replacing an impellar on a 125 Force outboard?

Easy. No diff than any other unit.
Should be a 4 bolt setup to drop the lower. Water pump housing is right there at that point. Bout an hour and a half for a first timer if your inclined.

well its probably five bolts, plus four on the impeller housing. make sure when you install the new impeller you wipe a little grease inside the housing. make sure there are no grooves inside the top of the impeller housing or side and no groves on the plate the impeller sits on. if you use the motor in salt water make sure your using anti corrosion grease on all the bolts except bolts that hold on any zincs.you should be cleaning the grease off the top of the shaft and putting on new spline grease which is a special grease. if you find a bolt is not coming out use a lot of heat! corrosion can lock them in but heating up where the bolt is will help get them loose. its 199.99 for me to do it plus tax that includes the cost of the impeller.
they call me the bloodhound cause i can track a wounded animal in the rain for 2 days when all it has is a splinter.. sniff sniff awooo

I haven't used the boat in salt water and probably won't.  I have an impeller.  Thanks for the grease tip I didn't even think of it.
