It breaks my heart to hear about this. Farewell my brother and thank you for making the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. God bless you and your family.

BLRman I'm sorry I am just getting around to pass on my condolences. It's not that I have not wanted to it's just I have had a hard time getting through every reading without the feeling of tremendous guilt about how great of a life I have because of men like Aarron.

Most of my family was military my Father and his brother were in WWII, my other uncle entered WWII through Omaha another uncle in the Korean war and several cousins have served and one still does. I probably would have served as well but Pro soccer changed that, but it doesn't mean that I don't understand the sacrifice of the men who serve.

I can't say anything to you that hasn't already been said nor say anything that will make you feel any better but I can make sure my children understand what it means to show the Flag and the men that serve under it proper respect.

Blr I can't make it tomorrow so all the best on what will most likely be the hardest day of your life, I will be thinking of you.

Thank You Aarron for the freedom I have
Thank you to all Veterans for the luxury's I enjoy

Mark

Rest in peace my friend.  I will think of you every September as I hike the high haunts of our hunting grounds.  I will miss our conversations and exchanging stories of the bulls we both saw and missed.  My heart goes out to your family and especially your brother who has lost his hunting partner.  Your passion for our wildlife will be missed.  I and my family thank you for your service to our country.

Thank you for your service brother. As others have said, I and my family live the good life we do because of men and women like you. No one has my respect more than the those who serve in the armed forces of the United States of America. I promise to take you with me every minute of every hunt this fall and will climb higher and work harder in your honor. You and your family will be in my prayers.

I have horse-packing gear - hunter orange insulated saddle bags and over-the-saddle pack bags I'd like to donate to the auction for A. Blanchard.  Someone please email and LMK how to do that.  Thx.  Kathie

You shouldn't even think about re-paying for support!  All of us can never make a dent in what your family has given for the support of this country.

Mike that is a good first post on the site.  It is a privilege and honor to show our support for a fellow brother in arms and hunter.  No need to thank us we are thanking you for your sacrifice that you and your family have to endure.  Also to thank you for your service to our country.  It has been said by many of us our hearts go out to you and your family.  :salute:

Mike,

Your brother is a one of a kind person..  You have no debt to repay.  It is an honor and privilege to memorialize Aaron.  He is one of us.  A hunter who is passionate about the survival of the elk in the Colockum.

He made friends without ever meeting them.  He touched us all in a way that can not be explained.

Thank you for sharing him with us...
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
