Does anyone know if he can customs make it to fit the shoulder strap on my pack I haven't found a decent way to carry my pack and a pistol

I have not heard of him making a shoulder holseter.  You can have him make it with molle clips to attach it to webbing like a molle pack instead of standard belt clips.  Does your pack have a waste belt??  That is how I carry my sidearm when in the field. 

What kind of pack do you have?

Another thought is you can e-mail Adam and ask....I am sure if it can be done, he can do it.  There is another holster rig coming up for auction so if you don't get in on this one you can always get in on that.
