Let me ask you guys this. How do you know when its time? I bought the bow new 4 years ago. String looks ok, but figured factory string was probably worn out.

measure brace height, and draw weight to start. If there is any serving wear at the cams or center shot, its time........fuzzy ? its time. 4 years ? its past time.

I shoot more than most so I replace mine evey year or at the very least every other year.

I usually get 1-2 years on mine. It wiuld make me nervous to shoot a 4 year old string.
