killled my first deer of 2013
« on: August 30, 2013, 06:34:20 AM »
Well yesterday started out like everyday, left the house for the 90 mile journey to work and I just got on I-90 at exit 84 and out of now where bang dead deer.  I pulled of the why and pulled my bumper out from my tire taped her up good and back on the road.  I continued my drive and was smelling something. I turned on the light and saw that I had deer blood all over my hands and fore arms. It gave me the itch to start hunting this weekend.   :chuckle:  I have commuted to the seattle area for the past 7 years and this is my first road kill.  I have had lots of close calls.  It's not fun.
Happiness is being in the woods!!!

Poacher!!  :chuckle:

Too bad about your car though - that's worst part of stuff like this.  In a split second all of a sudden you pick up a couple hundred dollar expense.
