The wind can really blow in WY. I would use the .25-06, but of course I would bring both and use the .243 on a doe or two

Both are excellent calibers for antelope.  The important thing like stated above is to practice and shoot straight.

Killed 8 of my 10 antelope bucks with a 257 Robert's and the other two with a 7x57 and a 6.5x55. They all worked great.

I'd bring both in case of a broken firing pin or scope or something but my go to would be the 25-06 just cause its so damn windy out there so the heavier bullet maybe a better choice. I shot 3 this year and I used a 220 swift, a 243, and a 7mm Mag.

If you're disabled, apply for the disabled permits to hunt from the road and shoot from a vehicle. I did and got my disabled permits back already. Also, from what my disabled vet, that I've known since high school that I'll be hunting with, told me is, ALL disabled hunters get to hunt 5 days BEFORE ANY hunter gets to start hunting anywhere in Wyoming. 

This is what he's told me, since I've never hunted in Wyoming.....
