Watched a wolf
« on: March 20, 2014, 10:22:07 AM »
For about 25 minutes on the hill across from Carlton, it was circling 6 unaware feeding deer at 25 -100 yards. It had made a complete circle and was closing in when they discovered it, the deer stood facing it, there was a stand off for 5 minutes then he wondered on around the hill and over the top.

Not sure what Biggers road is, unless that's the drive to the Davis Place, if so then probably yes.

If the Lookout pack is always up the Twisp/Carlton/... area,
Which pack do all the wolves above Volsted and the Tripod area belong too...

That's what everyone has to understand is wdfw says the lookout pass is the same as saying the clockum elk herd! That takes a broad area and several groups!

Those must be the busiest two wolves.  How do they find time to eat and sleep with all their appearances?
