First Light guide service.

There's a few that are regulars on the river. Screamin Reels and Rotten Chum are a couple. There's at least one guy advertising on Gamefishin.com for Sky trips in the fishing forum. Hope you find someone, I'll be out there next month. Looking forward to it!

Robs, Screamin reels, and Rotten Chum are all very solid guides. If there are fish to be had they will put you into them. Another option would be Phil at Mystical Legends.

I would call Phil first and then Rotten Chum.  I talked to Phil the other day and know he is looking forward to the sky fishery.  He's an awesome guy and an awesome fisherman.  You will have a blast, learn a lot, and catch fish if anyone is catching anything.

Give John a call with Rotten Chum. If he isn't out doing transgender karaoke he can get on a few fish for you.

You should be in the chips for some springers too I'd think.
Have fun.

I have fished with Screamin Reels twice now,  good guy,  works hard to put you on fish,  coaches well both experienced and beginners.  I will fish with him again.
