nesting reports

Anybody seeing any upland nesting results in Washington or hearing reports from out of state? I have seen adult quail in rural south King County where I never have before. Not a lot but at least a few.

Saw over 100 pair of valley quail over the weekend in north central Washington, only one pair had chicks about half grown all the others appeared to be without chicks, not good  :yike:. Hopefully there will be lots of late hatch chicks real soon to help the population. The one hen ringneck we saw has 8 or so really nice looking half grown chicks with her.

I have seen a lot of little Quail puff balls the last few weeks along with 3 different broods of Chukar.
