Are you serious?  Being within city limits or not has no effect on your legal ability to hunt.  Of course you can kill a deer within city limits.

That said, municipalities have the authority to regulate discharge of firearms--this affects your ability to discharge a firearm as a hunting method.  But I have never heard of archery restrictions.

If the hunting unit is open, then you are good to go.  You must not hunt on private property without ownership permission, of course.  Also, if on public property make sure that hunting is not prohibited (for example, park lands are often--but not always--subject to hunting bans).

Do some research, and then go get him!

I'd go for the spike in the background, easier to lift over the fence and back into your yard.

Who cares what it makes :dunno: Good genes let him breed. I'd shoot the spike if he ever left city limits :)

I care , rough scoring promotes patience and if patience is exercised, better quality bucks for future seasons will be seen. Im not saying to be a head hunter, rather to understand what you are viewing. Columbian? Cascade? Western?  I would love to see a 3pt min on them state wide, areas that have gone to this have some QUALITY deer running around...150's and up and a couple of counties hold most of these ... He is a fine blacktail, 2 more seasons he will be a bruiser! Sadly, alot of very nice bucks end up killed roadside or jacked in these "in town" situations or they are harvested well before its prime.....

i'm fairly sure that some cities have "no hunting" regs to go along with no shooting zones.  in fact, in hoquiam city limits it's illegal to shoot a pellet gun, slingshot or bow and arrow.
you can still get gas in heaven, and a drink in kingdom come,
in the meantime, i'll be cleaning my gun
