  I will add that if you are not confident in your own knowledge on this job, DON'T DO IT. This is your brake system you are dealing with. There is some very dangerous advice handed out on this thread without even knowing what kind of rig we are talking about.

sorry about that but yes only replace calipers in pairs... have turned down more than one job because customer would not replace both .

 not a fan of Les Schwab on brakes. I know why they do what they do I just don't agree with it.
