And with that, I caped him out to the base of the skull. He's in a walk-in cooler (both the cape and the remainder of the hide)

Anyone know a taxidermist interested in a moose cape? Anyone know someone wanting to tan some leather? I'm going to get him European mounted so the cape and hide are ready to head to the right person.
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

He didn't fit width-wise in a Toyota Tacoma which has a 4 foot wide bed.. So he's high to mid 40's I think.  :dunno: haven't put a tape to him yet
