1st SE CORNER WHITETAIL
« on: October 15, 2014, 03:16:38 PM »
My brother shot this guy this morning in GMU 149. I believe it is his first whitetail. He jumped the buck in the same area where I shot my muley on the opener. Missed first shot, the deer took off running and then the second round hit it's mark. Good placement shot in the neck and dropped him.

If we were supposed to be vegetarian God would have made broccoli more fun to shoot!
"HOYT" why would you even consider shooting something else?

No, but I've been there a few times. Too many numbered units to keep track of  :chuckle:.
If it was up to me, there would be about 10 units state-wide. Sure would make it easier  :chuckle:
I haven't hunted that area since '05 but I wish I lived there

I love it there but had to move to yakima for my job about 4 years ago. Thankfully my family still lives there so I have plenty of exudes to head back and visit any time.
