Been on Lake Roosevelt for 20+ years (countless hours in a boat ) and have NEVER seen a tribal enforcement boat on the lake
I can't comment on the south end, but up north where we're at I've never seen the tribal enforcement people either.  We get a lot of boat hunters in our area, but as previously mentioned, it is a very narrow strip of Natl. Recreation area and most of the rest is private.  Gotta be carful in a small boat this time of year, the wind can come up on that lake awfully hard, awfully fast.

Tribal enforcement has joint jurisdiction on the water of lake Roosevelt that borders reservation land! They don't have it on shoreline of Lincoln or Stevens county side! They do have jurisdiction of the shoreline on reservation side even that owned by nps! Otherwise known as the 1310' line! So in a boat they can stop you, but probably wouldn't look twice unless your eyeballing the Rez side!

Probably the most deer I've ever seen at one time was a trip to Roosevelt.

Bone manages to take a few nice bucks from there

I did it once several years ago near the Hunters campground.  It's a west facing slope and it had been a hot summer.  Didn't see any fresh sign or any deer.
