One tough critter

I went out and set a few cage traps for raccoon    just for fun.
Well I caught one that was just a little mad  and he tore up a Tomahawk cage trap  and got away 
All I can say is he is one lucky critter

A tough one!  He made quick work of that cage.

I don't try to trap them because they are so hard on cages.

Thats part of the reason I have avoided them most of the season, plus the fact the hides are almost worthless this year.
