with the low snow pack this year, do you think the Palouse will still be accessible?

I was there 5 weeks ago and it was low. You will be able to get up it, just not to some of the upper holes.

just got back,well the fishing was really slow,storms from Sunday had the Palouse a muddy mess,but we did catch some fish...30 total..I went up Tuesday the 2nd...wind wind wind. Water temps were all over the place Tuesday and weds,Weeds were coming down stream in great numbers....Still I had a blast, my family came up,and my oldest son proposed to his girl friend on the snake river,she said yes...lots of good laughs and good eats...
